The blight of transitional neighborhoods does not show the care and attention reflected through love, ownership and responsibility.  When ownership in a community is lacking, urban art projects can add richness and meaning to the built environment. Viewing art in a manner that encourages perspectives stimulates possibility orientation. Possibility orientation is the seed of a hopeful mind. We believe through creation and exhibition of art, hope can be nurtured in the hearts of residents throughout transitional communities.
